1. The Umbrella Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Hearts In Sync Productions and all its subsidiary brands, creative projects, and digital platforms, including but not limited to:

By engaging with any of “The Brands,” you agree to these master terms.
2. Intellectual Property & The “Lioness” Clause
All content—including kurses, videos, written “diaries,” logos, graphics, and the “Badass Lioness” and “Rockstar Diaries” branding—is the exclusive property of Hearts In Sync Productions.
No Stealing the Vibe: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
Prohibitions: You may not record, screenshot for resale, or “remix” our intellectual property to sell as your own coaching or production materials.
3. Disclaimers: Coaching & Personal Growth
The content provided through HeartSoul Revival and associated brands is for educational, inspirational, and entertainment purposes only.
Not Medical Advice: We are not doctors, therapists, or licensed medical professionals.
Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that any “revival” or “transformation” results depend on your own efforts. Hearts In Sync Productions is not liable for any personal or professional decisions you make based on our content.
4. Community Conduct (The Rockstar Rule)
Our communities are built on empowerment. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:
Harassment, “trolling,” or hate speech toward other members.
Spamming or “poaching” clients from our groups for your own business.
Termination: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove you from any program (without refund) if your conduct is deemed harmful to the “HeartSoul” or “Lioness” community spirit.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital downloads and immediate access to “Rockstar Diaries” content, most digital sales are final.
Subscriptons: If you are on a recurring payment plan, you are responsible for canceling 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate permanent banning from all Hearts In Sync Productions platforms.
6. User-Generated Content
If you share your story, photos, or “diaries” within our public or semi-private platforms (social media groups, comment sections), you grant Hearts In Sync Productions a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for promotional purposes. We will always endeavor to credit you where appropriate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hearts In Sync Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Your “Rockstar” journey is your own.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Texas.
